How Much Water Do We Really Need?

Ideally, the human body needs about 2 litres of water every day.  But this amount is not set in stone and it doesn't apply to everyone, most of us need more.

You will need to up your water intake if you exercise, if you live in a warm or hot climate, or if you have been unwell.

People often wait until they are thirsty to have a glass of water, but by then, it is too late, you are already dehydrated. It is better for the body to have water frequently through out the day. This will help ensure you stay hydrated and feel better all day long.
